Job Description

Account Executive is one who is responsible for maintaining proper books of accounts and timely submission of statutory compliances for MD Group.

Responsibility Deliverable

1.  Preparing Statutory Compliance and Submit to the Manager.

2.   Book keeping with Proper Accuracy.

3.   Submission of Daily Reports to Sales Team and Manager.

4.   Accounts Finalisation and Support Internal Audit Team.

5.   Update with laws to accurate statutory compliance. 

Preparing Statutory Compliance and Submit to Manager.

·      Preparing GST Returns

·      Books Checking and GST Reconciliation.

·      Input adjustment and Challan Payment

·      Preparing TDS & TCS Return.

·      Books Checking & Challan Payment

·      TDS & TCS Reconciliation.

Book Keeping with Proper Accuracy.

·      Factory entries checking on daily basis to ensure accuracy of accounting working.

·      Voucher entries.

·      Ledger Reconciliation of Vendors and Customers.

·      Submission of Stok Statement with HDFC Bank.

Submission of Daily Reports to Sales Team and Manager.

·      Daily Sending Bank Statements to Purchase Team, Sales Team and Manager.

·      Customer and Vendor Aging reports to the Manager.

Accounts Finalisation and Support Internal Audit Team.

·      Books checking on a sampling basis.

·      Checking of GST, TDS-TCS, ESI-PF Reconciliation of the relevant Financial Year.

·      Drafting Financial Statements.

·      Preparing Data for Internal Audit Team.

Update with laws to ensure accurate statutory compliance.

· Account Executive should be updated with Recent amendments in laws such as the GST Law and Income Tax Law, etc.

Software Knowledge Preferred.
