Account Executive

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, entries, and reconciliations.
• Handle TDS and GST billing, filing, and return processes as per government timelines.
• Work with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment statements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for billing and payments.
• Maintain and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and ledgers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax and financial regulations.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and audit documentation.
• Support internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as required.
• Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding dues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of TDS, GST billing, and compliance procedures.
• Solid understanding of day-to-day financial operations and basic reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
