Description
As an Account Executive at Pump, you'll play a key role in the company's growth by owning the full sales cycle. You will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. Working closely with the CEO, product team, and early sales hires, you will have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy and sales culture from the ground up. - Manage the full sales process including outbound prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and contract closure - Collaborate daily with the CEO to shape pipeline strategy and execution - Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify pain points and communicate Pump's value proposition - Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders - Partner closely with the product team to tailor solutions to client needs and provide customer feedback - Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals - Act as an internal champion for customer success and retention - Maintain up-to-date and accurate pipeline activity in HubSpot Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales, with a proven track record of closing deals - Strong understanding of the sales cycle with clear examples of quota achievement - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Experience engaging technical buyers, especially in cloud or DevOps-related conversations, is a plus - Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools - Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment - Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering to communicate customer needs - Customer-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred The company offers competitive compensation ranging from 2,000,000 INR to 3,000,000 INR, along with performance-based bonuses, company equity options, comprehensive healthcare coverage, 32 vacation days, unlimited sick leave, quarterly team retreats and offsites, and flexible work arrangements including hybrid/remote options where applicable.,
