About the Opportunity:

We re looking for an experienced Full-Cycle Account Executive to lead end-to-end sales efforts prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals-with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, primarily on Shopify.
You ll work with fast-growing eCommerce businesses across the US and Canada, helping them solve real business challenges through our solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has mastered the art of consultative selling and thrives in a results-driven environment.

What youll do:

  • Own the entire sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of DTC and Shopify merchants.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Understand customer goals, uncover pain points, and deliver value-based solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Engage directly with US and Canada-based customers during night shift hours.

What We re Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS or eCommerce sales.
  • Strong background in selling to customers in the US and Canada.
  • Prior experience working with or selling to DTC brands and Shopify merchants is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, etc.).
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced setup.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts (US/Canada time zones).
