About The Opportunity We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our HR Team and play a vital role in shaping our hiring experience. You’ll get a front-row seat to everything that goes into attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent — all while being a key contributor to our vibrant culture. What You’ll Be Doing Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating potential candidates across tech and non-tech roles. Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers. Own and manage the recruitment pipeline from application to offer, maintaining detailed records in our applicant tracking systems. Communicate with candidates on behalf of the HR team, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to share insights and optimize the hiring journey. Support daily operational and administrative tasks within the recruitment team. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're approachable, articulate, and a great listener. A genuine interest in recruitment, HR, and building a people-first workplace. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Detail-oriented with a proactive and curious mindset. Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft tools. Bonus: Any previous experience or internship in HR/recruitment. Why Join Us?
