Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various financial tasks, including managing financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The Accounts Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data while contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records accurately and on time.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Support the finance team during audits and other related financial activities.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles with hands-on experience in GST.
• Strong communication and email correspondence skills.
• Education – Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Proven 1–2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive.
• The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Must possess own laptop to work.
