Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive - Digital Marketing, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, creating and delivering sales presentations, managing sales accounts, and implementing digital marketing strategies. They will also be tasked with achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client communication, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and satisfaction.

• Coordinate between design, content, social media, and performance teams to execute deliverables.

• Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.

• Oversee quality control of all deliverables before client submission.

• Prepare project reports, presentations, and performance summaries.

• Support in ideation and execution of brand campaigns, shoots, and marketing initiatives.

• Ensure alignment between client expectations and creative output.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or project management in a creative/digital agency.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, or Asana).

• A background or interest in marketing, branding, or advertising will be an added advantage.
