Bank Entry – Payment Receipt & Deposit (with supporting details)
Statutory Purchase Booking
Follow-up communication for On Account Receipts and Payments (with supporting details)
Maintain Excel sheets for utility payment due dates (Electricity, Rent, Telephone, etc.) and book purchases
Coordination with the sales team/customers for payment advice and TDS-related matters
Ledger Reconciliation—Payables/Receivables (e.g., PD Accounts)
Monthly Vendor SOA checking
Journal Entry, Payment Advice & TDS Receivable entries as per supporting documents
Coordination with Branch Teams/HR for administrative work
Cheque collection and deposit handling
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
