Account Executive Billing

We are looking an Account Executive Billing Executive for Siliguri location candidate having minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Accounts Billing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Invoice Preparation and Processing:
• Generate and issue accurate invoices based on sales/purchase orders or service delivery.
• Ensure invoices are aligned with company policies and client agreements.
• Payment Tracking and Reconciliation:
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from clients.
• Reconcile billing records with accounting and bank statements.
• Client Communication:
• Communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Send payment reminders and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Record Maintenance:
• Maintain and update billing records, ledgers, and databases.
• Keep accurate documentation for audits and financial reporting.
• Coordination with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service departments.
• Coordinate to resolve any discrepancies between services rendered and invoices raised.

Additional Duties:

• Generate billing reports and summaries for management.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws (GST, VAT, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com) or a related field

2. Proficiency in Tally/ERP/Excel/Accounting software

3. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles

4. Strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and communication skills

5. Excellent communication (written and verbal)
