Account Executive - APJ Partners & Alliance Leader

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships and alliances across the Asia Pacific and Japan region, including India, ANZ, ASEAN, and Japan. Your primary focus as the APJ Partnerships Lead will be to expand the network of partners by building and nurturing relationships with consulting firms, ISVs, alliances, resellers, and GSIs to promote AI initiatives and products throughout APJ. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy for DevRev in APJ - Identify key stakeholders and foster collaborations to drive innovation - Establish and maintain relationships with partners to explore joint ventures, partnerships, and alliances - Lead negotiations and discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, engineering, marketing, and legal departments to drive partnership initiatives successfully - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in AI to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase AI capabilities and establish new partnerships - Track and measure partnership performance, provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, and optimize strategies for maximum impact Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred - Over 15 years of relevant experience in partnership and alliance roles at SaaS, AI, or tech firms - Strong understanding of AI technologies, applications, and market trends - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously - Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach to identify and leverage partnership opportunities effectively - Flexibility to travel for meetings, conferences, and events as needed,
