Account Executive

ANR INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD , LOOKING FOR JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT FOR ITS HEAD OFFICE AT PATPARGANJ INDUSTRIAL AREA DELHI

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various accounting tasks, including data entry, recordkeeping, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This entry-level position is suitable for individuals with a basic understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the finance department.

Data Entry and Recordkeeping:

Enter financial transactions into the accounting software accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling entries and transactions

. Assist with the recording of routine journal entries.

GST Reconciliation:

Reconcile GST data from GST portal with accounting software.

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

Administrative Tasks:

Perform general administrative duties related to the finance department.

Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation.

Communication and Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather financial information.

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

knowledge of basic accounting principles,

GST regulations, and Tally software.

Experience as an Accountant with a focus on GST and Tally.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
