Job Description

  • Preparing invoices and e-invoices in Tally
  • Generating e-way bills wherever required
  • Handling day-to-day office operations
  • Maintaining cheques and preparing inward cheques for bank deposits
  • Performing other bank-related work such as NEFT/RTGS form filling
  • Recording purchase invoices and other vouchers
  • Preparing vouchers for day-to-day expenses
  • Recording TDS, bank entries, etc., and preparing quarterly TDS returns
  • Calculating pending customer payments as per their credit period and reporting accordingly
  • Assisting the Senior Accountant in preparing various GST returns
  • Forwarding necessary financial data to the CA or Senior Accountant when required
  • Performing general day-to-day accounting tasks as assigned
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
