1)The Account Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations using the latest version of Tally ERP software, ensuring accurate financial transaction recording, compliance with GST regulations, and efficient handling of accounts payable and receivable. 2)The role demands a strong grasp of GST filing and reporting along with proficiency in Tally for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting. 3)Maintain and update all accounting transactions accurately in the current version of Tally ERP.Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payments entries and manage ledger balances. 4)Prepare and file GST returns complying with statutory deadlines and applicable laws. 5)Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in accounts. 6)Manage accounts receivable and payable; follow up on receivables and coordinate payments. 7)Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and GST reports.Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly MIS reports.Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, GST provisions, and internal financial controls.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. 8)Keep updated with GST rate changes, amendments, and Tally software updates.Liaise with tax authorities for GST and TDS queries and assist in resolving audit issues. 9)Handle TDS compliance related activities where required.Maintain physical and digital filing of accounting documents and reports.
