Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to support management with timely financial reports. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain proper books of accounts. Handle accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries. Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations. Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and expense records. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and supporting schedules. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Support in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis. Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com). 0-1 years of relevant experience as Accounts Executive/Junior Accountant. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability. Good communication and time-management skills.
