Job Description:

Span communications is looking for a dynamic Account Director to lead client relationships, drive strategic communication plans, and oversee business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling government and corporate accounts, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in advertising/communications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead client servicing and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

· Develop and execute strategic communication plans.

· Manage and mentor account teams.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Ensure revenue growth and account profitability.

Requirements:

· 10–12 years of experience in advertising/communications.

· Must have worked with government clients.

· Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹894,273.52 - ₹2,279,560.63 per year
