Account Director

As an Account Director at WHITE, a Culture Experience Company, your role will involve curating experiences and events for luxury lifestyle brands. With our headquarters in Delhi and offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru, we specialize in sculpting experiences with radical creativity across luxury, lifestyle, corporate, and retail segments. Our integrated approach ranges from branded immersions to conferences, MICE events, and shopper experiences on various scales across India, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the United States. Your key responsibilities will include: - Curating events and pitches - Developing presentations and pitches aligned with industry trends - Liaising between departments and clients to ensure seamless communication - Understanding client needs and providing creative inputs to design teams - Aligning client expectations with team deliverables - Managing project plans, timelines, and approvals - Overseeing event execution from briefs to artist coordination - Guiding checklists, manuals, cost management, and profit/loss analysis - Leading multiple pitches, research on trends, competition, and technology - Identifying and prioritizing needs, risks, and solutions - Managing tasks, vendors, manpower planning, and client portfolios - Conducting in-depth analysis of existing and prospective clients for revenue growth opportunities We are seeking candidates with: - Background in events, PR, communications, or related fields - Experience in managing events from concept to execution - Strong communication, multitasking, and client management skills - Prior experience working with lifestyle and luxury brands Join our team of culture custodians to create impactful experiences and build meaningful connections with audiences through creativity and innovation.,
