Account Delivery Executive

**Role Overview:** As an Account Delivery Executive at NTT DATA in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN), you will be responsible for overseeing data delivery operations for a major account between India and the US. Your role will involve ensuring seamless delivery oversight, contributing to sales and business development efforts, and collaborating with US counterparts to align on project goals and deliverables as per client expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Delivery Oversight:** - Ensure successful delivery of Data projects within the account by overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related issues and escalations. - Collaborate with US counterparts to align on project goals and deliverables. - Manage and track cross team/squad dependencies and commitments. - Provide proactive visibility and communication of delivery targets and progress. - **Sales Support:** - Participate in scoping and requirements gathering to respond to sales opportunities. - Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations. - Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. - **Leadership and Management:** - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams. - Mentor and develop team members. - Collaborate with senior consultants and shadow technical calls. - **Client Engagement:** - Engage with clients in business/technical discovery and visioning sessions. - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. - Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress. - **Operational Excellence:** - Implement best practices and processes to enhance project delivery. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management. - Provide data-driven account management, project management, and business consulting. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. - 15+ years of experience in project management, delivery oversight, or similar roles. - Proven track record in managing and delivering complex data, analytics, and AI projects. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in sales support and business development is a plus.,
