🏗️ Site Accountant – Billing & Accounts (Railway Construction Project) (Closure time for hiring—max within 10 days) 📍 Location: Petlad, Gujarat 🎓 Qualification: Graduate / B.Com (Accounting/Finance) 💼 Experience: 2 to 4 years (Construction Industry Preferred) 🛵 Note: Local candidates (within 10–15 km) must have own bike or other state candidates who can relocate 🔎 Job Summary: Mana and Kias Infrastructure Ltd is hiring a Site Accountant for its Railway Construction Project at Petlad, Gujarat. The role involves end-to-end billing coordination, Vendor Bills follow up and bill preparation, site accounting, and liaison with the Head Office. Candidates from other states may also apply, but local candidates with bike and nearby residence are preferred. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: Follow up on subcontractor bills, ensure timely submission and processing Prepare and check bills, process payments, and maintain accuracy Coordinate with Head Office (HO) for bill approvals and follow-up Handle site expenses, advance/imprest management, and rent payments Perform TDS calculations, bill reconciliation, and basic accounting work Collaborate with store and site departments for cross-verification of records Ensure timely reporting and documentation of all financial activities Support onboarding and guidance to new or junior staff if needed. Working mode will be mostly microsoft excel , proficiency should be there. Experience: 2–4 years in site accounts, preferably in the construction sector Strong knowledge of billing, reconciliation, Basic TDS knowledge , Site expense handling Local candidates must have a bike and reside
