Responsibilities –

Account Responsibilities

·        Assist in daily accounting operations and data entry in accounting software.

·        Handle invoice preparation, billing, and follow-up for payments.

·        Maintain records of receipts, payments, and petty cash.

·        Support in preparing monthly reports (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, etc.).

·        Assist in vendor management and reconciliation of accounts.

·        Maintain files and documentation according to company policies.

·        Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents.

Admin Responsibilities

·        Manage front-office activities, calls, emails, and visitor coordination.

·        Maintain office supplies, stationary records, and place orders when required.

·        Support HR/Admin in maintaining attendance and employee records.

·        Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing office logistics.

·        Handle basic office maintenance coordination with vendors and service providers.

·        Support management in day-to-day office operations.
