Job Description

As an Account Acquisition Partner in the Sales department based in Delhi/NCR with 3-5 years of experience, your role objective is to lead Account Acquisition & Conversion through a 360 approach - LAND, EXPAND, and SUSTAIN. This involves ensuring strategic growth, relationship maturity, and long-term account profitability by leveraging your sales acumen, relationship intelligence, and understanding of design-led or retail roll-out business solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **LAND Opportunity Closure (Business Incoming)** - Drive the entire opportunity lifecycle from understanding client briefs to delivering final business presentations. - Collaborate with internal teams for proposal shaping, project kick-off, and commercial negotiations. - Maintain a strong pipeline conversion ratio to meet revenue targets. - **EXPAND Business Growth & Farming (Existing and New Accounts)** - Identify new opportunities within existing and new client organizations. - Utilize industry insights and networking to uncover business opportunities. - Co-create pitch strategies and lead client presentations for brand visibility. - **SUSTAIN Retention & Long-Term Value Creation** - Formulate Key Account Plans for long-term retention and growth. - Ensure sustenance of newly acquired business verticals. - Drive service adoption within accounts and track profitability. - **Cross-Cutting Responsibility Relationship Building & Real-Time CX Tracking** - Build trust-based relationships with clients and partners. - Lead CX improvement initiatives and measure Customer Satisfaction Index. - Act as the Voice of the Customer internally and conduct strategic client visits. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Strong Business Development and Consultative Selling capabilities. - Deep understanding of Retail Roll-out. - Exceptional Stakeholder Management and cross-functional leadership. - Strategic thinking with revenue outcomes translation. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. - Analytical approach to pipeline forecasting and revenue planning. **Educational Qualification:** - Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Design Management. - MBA or PG in Marketing, Retail, or Strategic Management preferred. As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess a strategic and relationship-driven mindset, high accountability, and entrepreneurial ownership.
