Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Accessories Manager to lead the vehicle accessories division. The role involves managing accessories sales, inventory, fitment quality, pricing, and customer satisfaction for all PV, CV, and EV vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire accessories department including sales, stock & profitability
• Ensure accurate fitment of accessories as per Mahindra standards
• Recommend accessories to customers during vehicle delivery & upsell opportunities
• Coordinate with sales, workshop & body shop teams for smooth operations
• Maintain inventory accuracy, reorder levels, and stock availability
• Monitor accessory billing, pricing updates, and vendor coordination
• Train and guide the accessories team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer queries, complaints and ensure high satisfaction

Skills & Requirements

• Any degree / diploma (Automobile background preferred)
• Experience in automobile accessories / service / spares
• Strong knowledge of car accessories, fitment procedures, and OEM standards
• Excellent communication, coordination & leadership skills
• Strong customer-handling ability and sales mindset
• Good understanding of inventory management & billing processes
