1) Graduate / MBA / DIPLOMA with Computer Knowledge.
2) Experience 5 Years or Above in Passenger Car Dealership.
3) Location – Patrapada, Bhubaneswar.
4) Salary – Gross Rs 20,000 To Rs 25,000.00 per Month
5) Oversee ordering, stocking, tracking, and merchandising of OEM/aftermarket accessories, ensuring optimal stock levels.
6) Develop and implement plans to maximize accessory sales, set targets, analyze performance, and create promotions.
7) Ensure high satisfaction by offering personalized solutions and resolving issues.
8) Coordinate with the service department for installation of dealer-installed items.
9) Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies.
