Access Governance - Project Management- Vice President

As a Vice President in the User Access Management team, your primary responsibility is to supervise and provide guidance to a team managing user access controls and entitlements. Your role involves leading initiatives to ensure secure access management, enhancing entitlement processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and security standards. You will drive continuous improvement in user access management and provide regular updates on program advancements to senior management and stakeholders. Key responsibilities: - Manage a team of Analysts overseeing Application User Access and Entitlement Governance - Liaise with Technology and Risk Partners to ensure regulatory compliance for data segregation - Lead Projects related to User Access Entitlements, including automation efforts and Access Profile enhancements - Collect information for User Access Entitlements and Certifications for audits - Identify process improvements and utilize automation to enhance team efficiency - Manage Technology Projects related to infrastructure and transmissions - Engage with senior management and stakeholders to provide progress updates and address emerging issues collaboratively Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field - Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably focusing on User Access Controls and Application Entitlements - Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management frameworks and processes - Experience with JPM Fund Services Applications, especially user access request tools - Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, coordinate globally, and exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities Desirable qualifications: - Proven experience in staff, project, and program management - Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform well under pressure - Proficiency in MS Office products like Excel and Access,
