Access Governance - Project Management- Vice President

As a Vice President in our User Access Management team, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and provide guidance to a team tasked with managing user access controls and entitlements. Your role will involve leading initiatives to ensure secure and effective access management, devising strategies to enhance entitlement processes, and working alongside cross-functional teams to uphold compliance and security standards. This position presents the opportunity to drive continuous improvement in user access management and engage with senior management and stakeholders to deliver regular updates on program advancements. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of Analysts overseeing Application User Access and Entitlement Governance, liaising with Technology and Risk Partners to ensure regulatory compliance related to data segregation, leading Projects related to User Access Entitlements including automation efforts and Access Profile enhancements, collecting information for User Access Entitlements and Certifications for audits, identifying process improvements and utilizing automation to boost team efficiency, managing Technology Projects related to infrastructure and transmissions, and engaging with senior management and stakeholders to provide progress updates and collaboratively address any emerging issues. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, along with at least 5 years of industry experience, preferably with a focus on User Access Controls and Application Entitlements. You should have a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management frameworks and processes, including access controls, entitlement certification, and user access removal. Experience with JPM Fund Services Applications, particularly in user access request tools, is beneficial. Demonstrated leadership skills, the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, coordinate with colleagues globally, and exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities are key requirements. Desirable qualifications include proven experience in staff, project, and program management, excellent organizational skills, the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines, and proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel and Access.,
