Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Academic Counselor with at least 1 year of experience in student counseling, overseas education, or admissions.

As part of our growing counseling team, you will guide aspiring students and parents through the entire admission journey — from understanding eligibility to selecting the right university abroad. Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about MBBS Abroad, Aviation, and other study abroad programs
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, programs, and countries
• Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, and visa requirements with clarity and confidence
• Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails, maintaining regular and timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with international university representatives and internal teams for admissions
• Maintain accurate student records using CRM tools and track admission progress efficiently
• Meet counseling and conversion targets through effective communication and relationship building
• Stay updated with university intakes, scholarships, and new admission policies

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Communication preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling or education consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi
• Strong presentation and persuasion abilities to build student trust and close admissions
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
• Goal-driven, confident, and proactive with a student-focused approach

• Base Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives (no earning cap)

CTC Details

Base Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives (uncapped)
Total CTC Range: ₹2.8 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (including incentives)
