Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Palakkad, Kerala, India. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing academic advising to students, supporting their educational goals, offering career counseling, and assisting in student counseling services. The role involves regular interaction with students to address their academic and career-related queries, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Proficiency in Communication skills
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in the aviation industry or educational institutions is a plus
