Job Title: Center Manager Location: Kharagpur Department: Administration / Operations Reporting To: Director – Operations About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and committed Center Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Kharagpur center. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent student and parent satisfaction, achieving enrollment targets, and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Ø Oversee day-to-day center operations to ensure smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities. Ø Lead, manage, and motivate a team of counselors, faculty, and support staff. Ø Drive student admissions by executing local marketing initiatives, lead follow-ups, and achieving enrollment targets. Ø Maintain high levels of student satisfaction and academic quality. Ø Coordinate with faculty to ensure timely delivery of curriculum and academic schedules. Ø Ensure compliance with company policies, academic guidelines, and operational SOPs. Ø Handle grievances and provide timely resolution for students and parents. Ø Prepare regular reports on center performance, including attendance, revenue, and admissions. Ø Monitor and control budgets, expenses, and resources at the center. Ø Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement. ATC Ø Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline; background in education sector is preferred. Ø Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, sales, or administration roles; preferably in education/training. Ø Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ø Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ø Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
