Key Responsibilities:

• Make engaging outbound calls to prospective leads and introduce them to our e-learning programs.
  
• Promote demo classes effectively, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
  
• Handle queries with confidence and ensure every interaction builds trust and rapport with the lead.
  
• Schedule and reschedule demo sessions as per lead availability, ensuring timely follow-ups for maximum conversions.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM including lead responses, feedback, and outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the demo done process and share actionable insights.
  
• Work proactively to

  achieve and exceed targets

  , ensuring every prospect has a smooth and positive experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent command over

  English (spoken and written)

  confident and articulate communication is a must.
• Strong

  interpersonal skills

  with the ability to connect quickly and build trust.

• Goal-oriented mindset

  with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with effective time management skills.
  
• Basic familiarity with

  computers and CRM systems

  (training will be provided).
• Prior experience in

  EdTech, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Promotions

  is preferred but

  not mandatory

Additional Details:

• Working Days:

  6 days a week (Sundays Off)

• Shift Timing:

  U.S Shift (9.00pm to 6.00pm including 1hour break)

• Salary

  Rs 15000 to Rs 25,000 pm + Attendance Bonus + Unlimited Incentives
