Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing academic advising, career counseling, and student counseling to our enrolled students. They will assist students with educational planning, track their academic progress, and support them in achieving their career goals.

Qualifications

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the education sector, with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong sales acumen and the ability to influence and guide prospective students effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
