Job Details

Positions- Trainee/ Executive – R&DQualification- Graduate in Food TechnologyExperience- 0 years to 02 yearsWorking: Monday to SaturdaySalary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting experiments to develop new products or improve existing formulations.
• Perform laboratory-scale synthesis, analysis, and validation of biochemical or pharmaceutical products.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research activities and experiments.
• Prepare technical documentation, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), research protocols, and reports
• Ensure that all R&D activities comply with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions, if applicable.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Production, for successful technology transfer.
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
