Job Summary The Windows Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to users experiencing issues with Windows operating systems and related software They ensure the smooth operation of Windowsbased environments maintaining system performance and responding to security concerns Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and related software Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance connectivity and security Install configure and maintain Windows servers and desktops Collaborate with IT teams to manage Windows infrastructure and ensure compliance with company policies Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning as necessary Assist in the development and implementation of IT projects involving Windows environments Document technical procedures and user guides for internal and external use Stay current with the latest Windows technologies and best practices Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field Proven experience as a Windows Support Engineer or similar role Strong knowledge of Windows server and desktop environments Familiarity with Active Directory DNS DHCP and other Windows services Experience with virtualization technologies such as HyperV or VMware Excellent problemsolving and communication skills Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer MCSE are a plus Work Environment The role may require occasional afterhours support and participation in an oncall rotation The candidate should be comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment and collaborating with crossfunctional teams Named Job Posting?
