Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and conditions. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Monitor and report on procurement metrics to track savings and efficiency improvements. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Skills Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Abi lity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
