As a Senior Manager within our Information Security team, you will be a key agent for change, driving the expansion and enhancement of our Web Application Firewall (WAF) capabilities alongside other cybersecurity tools and technologies. This role requires strong leadership to guide a global team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure robust security measures are implemented across enterprise and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing global team of cybersecurity professionals focused on WAF and security operations. Manage hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and workforce planning. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration. Security Operations & Strategy: Oversee IT Security Operations with a strong focus on WAF, including enterprise and cloud security across all business divisions. Ensure alignment of WAF security strategies with corporate policies, standards, and business objectives. Process & Performance Management: Embed IT security processes, controls, and performance measurement across IT and business units. Optimize and implement security controls for network, endpoints, cloud, and collaboration platforms. Ensure comprehensive documentation of key security processes and procedures. Threat & Risk Management: Identify, assess, and communicate current and emerging cybersecurity threats, with a focus on web application vulnerabilities. Recommend and implement security enhancements to address evolving threats. Reporting & Compliance: Provide regular reports, KPIs, and dashboards related to WAF and overall IT security performance. Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with global technology teams, business units, and external partners to support security initiatives. Communicate effectively through meetings, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a Manager role focused on WAF, security operations, or related areas. Strong expertise in WAF technologies (e.g., F5, AWS WAF, Cloudflare, Imperva) and security tools. In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and risk management principles. Proven ability to manage and develop geographically dispersed teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security Specialty) Experience with SIEM & SOAR tools, cloud security platforms, and application security testing tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex security environments.
