The "Experience" Non-Negotiable

If you do not have prior sales/lead-gen experience in the BIM, AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) - BIM Project Outsourcing / BIM Manpower Outsourcing, this role is not for you.

The Two Roles

Role A: The Lead Generation Executive (40 Openings)

  • The Vibe:

    You are the Scout. You are the detective. You find the needle in the haystack.
  • The Mission:

    Your job is to flood our pipeline. You will hunt down consultants, contractors, and firms globally who need BIM manpower. You will cold call, cold email, warm call, and LinkedIn-stalk (professionally) until you get us a foot in the door.
  • You Are:

    Relentless, thick-skinned, and a research wizard.

Role B: The Business Development Executive (10 Openings)

  • The Vibe:

    You are the Hunter. You are the Closer. You pack a suitcase as fast as you pack a laptop.
  • The Mission:

    Once the door is open, you walk through it. You will manage Key Accounts, travel to new markets (eventually migrating there to run operations), shake hands, and get contracts signed.
  • You Are:

    Charismatic, strategic, and ready to live on a plane (or Zoom) until the deal is done.
