Job Role -

Business Development

  • Responsible for taking sales to the next level, taking ownership to drive the same.
  • Driving sales through Channel Partner network for South India Locations.
  • Responsible for appointing new channel partners and managing existing sales.
  • Managing team of 30+ FSE, TL, ASM and driving them to achieve the targets.
  • Significant contributor in maximizing revenue growth, operational performance & profitability and in controlling costs.
  • Evaluate performance of existing Channel Partners, distributor, dealer, retail trade partners on monthly basis.
  • To undertake Sales promotion campaigns, product launches, demonstrations, displays etc.

Channel Development

  • Strategy Development related to Channel Expansion as per business need.
  • Channel Development in existing & new areas.
  • Managing Channel, Project & Key account Business.
  • To identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • Drive Partner tiring, targets, incentives programs and engagement at various levels.
  • Ensuring healthy relationships with various stakeholders, program teams, marketing, channel partners vendor etc.,

Team Management

  • Managing and leading a large team of RSMs, ASM, Associates etc.,
  • Very Strong Leadership skills to lead the team members to achieve the Assigned goals.
  • Motivating and driving the entire PAN India team to achieve the goals.
  • Identifying the training needs and providing timely training to the team members, Channel Partners as needed.

Strategic Planning

  • Establishing & Executing Sales Strategies by working closely with TOP Management.
  • Developing strategy & plans for organization's business operations; conceptualized & developing new business strategies which will lead to an increase in turnover & profitability of the organization.
  • Enhanced organizational reach & market share through multi-disciplinary experience; managed key dealers & accounts, and maintained a long-term relationship with customers.
  • To provide market information and other activities on competitors (schemes, offerings) and product (quality) to the marketing team on a regular basis.
