Job Description

As a District Sales Manager, your role involves overseeing all business-related activities conducted in a particular zone to ensure the growth of business and profits. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving Sales targets for the zone - Acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones - Converting dormant customers - Handling SY redemption and ensuring profitability - Managing stock rotation effectively You will also be responsible for conducting store and compliance audits, maintaining standard operating procedures, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing store interior, staff decorum, and security. Additionally, your role includes analyzing competition, developing business opportunities, organizing store events and promotions, planning new Below The Line (BTL) activities, and expanding profitable categories. In terms of inventory management, you will be identifying fast-moving product designs and maintaining super stock levels. Furthermore, you will oversee staff recruitment, retention, and planning HR and administrative activities. Qualifications: - Post-Graduation (Preferred) Experience: - 12 to 14 years CTC: - 16 to 18 LPA + Huge Incentive Skills required for this role include excellent communication and negotiation skills, interpersonal and relationship management skills, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities.,
