Designation: Zonal Sales Lead Location: Mumbai, Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with company goals. Lead, coach, and manage area or territory sales managers to meet performance targets. Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective channel and customer management. Monitor sales KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Expand distribution networks and manage key dealer/distributor relationships. Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competition. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure alignment. Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within the zone. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 6-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 23 years in a zonal or regional leadership role.
