Lead generation and business development through customer relationship management.
Design and implement effective sales plans, identify opportunities, and consistently meet sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of tablet tooling solutions.
Provide technical expertise to clients, explaining product specifications and applications.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Address and resolve technical or service-related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide business decisions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute business development initiatives and align strategies.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote tablet tooling solutions.
Manage pricing strategy and negotiations.
Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales leads.
