Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement unique sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
Build, Lead and manage a high-performing sales targets.
Identify new market opportunities and analyse competition to stay ahead in the industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (doctors/Medical staff)) on behalf of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials
Train and coach sales team members on product knowledge and sales pitch techniques
Monitor sales performance and provide course correction
