About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Zonal Sales Head to lead our Corporate Sales operations across South India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, managing high-performing teams across multiple locations, and building strong client relationships in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Corporate Sales and Business Development across key markets in the South region.
• Lead and mentor a large team of Sales Managers and Business Development professionals across multiple cities.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and business potential to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to align zonal objectives with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance, process efficiency, and team productivity across the region.
• Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Corporate Sales / Institutional Sales, preferably in the Insurance / Broking / BFSI sector.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-location sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to achieve business targets and lead regional growth initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the South Indian market dynamics and corporate client ecosystem.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,509,968.62 - ₹3,069,196.23 per year
