Zonal Manager (Telugu)

• 5+ years of experience leading Sales/Pre-Sales teams, preferably in EdTech
  
• Expertise in sales funnel management, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and exceeding targets within deadlines
  
• Strategic mindset to communicate offerings effectively and drive revenue
  
• Ability to craft compelling narratives based on product features and business needs
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Proven experience managing P&L for 100+ volume business units

Roles & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and grow teams across 3+ states to achieve lead and conversion targets
  
• Continuously monitor, train, and guide teams to improve performance
  

Strategic Responsibilities

• Oversee the pre-sales lifecycle: calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and conversions
  
• Optimize lead funnels and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  
• Maintain databases and provide feedback on lead quality
  

Performance Management & Improvement

• Set and monitor weekly/monthly targets
  
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and share insights with marketing
  
• Manage escalations, enhance customer satisfaction, and recommend strategies
