The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals across multiple locations within their assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve zonal targets and objectives
- Oversee daily operations of multiple locations within the assigned zone
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and mentor a team of regional managers and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service standards
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance and address issues
- Prepare and present periodic reports on zonal performance to senior management
- Lead change management initiatives to drive continuous improvement
