Zonal Manager - Debt Management Services - Consumer
Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver on collection analytics as a practice and capability – Work with large structured and transactional data to build a robust collection analytics framework across products and collection life cycle, from current bucket to write-off stage.

Develop well-defined strategies for collections of delinquent loans, including segmentation, prioritization, effective channel strategy, forecasting, simulations, and building strategies to improve business performance.

Analyze historical data and provide a suitable framework to guide the collection team.

Analyze data to identify emerging customer trends and strengthen relationships with existing analytics partners to leverage capabilities.

Identify areas of weaknesses, recommend solutions, and support the collection team to achieve targets.

Scan the environment and stay updated on emerging trends globally in collection analytics and build relevant use cases.

Analyze current environment and collection trends to provide improvement solutions.

Collaborate with the collection team to understand requirements and develop solutions to address those needs.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders including teams, business partners, IT partners, and senior management.

Formulate strategies and plan deliverables to achieve operational goals for the function and the team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

EducationMBA in Finance or graduates in Statistics.
