Zonal Manager

The Zonal Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations, sales, and team performance within a specific geographic zone. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring alignment with the companys overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:Oversee daily operations within the zone to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.Implement and manage operational processes and procedures to achieve business goals.Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including personnel, inventory, and equipment.

Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the zone.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the region.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies and maintain competitive advantage.

Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employees, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high performance.Address and resolve employee issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Customer Relationship Management:
