Zonal Head - Residential Solar (Odisha)

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential solar sales (1–10 kW) in your assigned zone (North, West, or Coastal Odisha).
• Recruit, train & manage field executives and tele-callers.
• Plan and execute BTL & canopy activations, community campaigns, and society tie-ups.
• Drive customer bookings under PM Surya Ghar Yojna and coordinate till installation.
• Track daily funnel performance and ensure monthly targets are met.
• Build strong relationships with local DISCOMs, influencers & RWAs.
  

🎯 Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA with 4–7 years of team-handling experience in Solar, Telecom, FMCG, or Microfinance.
• Excellent communication in Odia & Hindi; English preferred.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage multi-district teams.
  

💰 Compensation

• Fixed ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Incentives Strong performance-linked plan based on team targets
• Monthly Earning Potential ₹60,000 – ₹1 lakh + for top performers
