Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Head, located in Jaipur. The Zonal Head will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, managing teams, and ensuring the quality of services provided to clients. Daily tasks include supervising the implementation of Management Systems, coordinating with associates in various states, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Zonal Head will also be responsible for strategizing and enhancing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in Quality Management System and Environmental Management System
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in audit processes and compliance standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as required within the zone
• Bachelors degree in Management, Environmental Science, or related field
• Experience in consultancy services is an advantage
