In terms of leadership and strategic direction, you will be tasked with providing guidance to dental teams across the region, ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care practices, and aligning clinical operations with the company's strategic goals and regional growth objectives. Team development and mentorship will be another key aspect of your role, where you will lead, mentor, and support a team of dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants. You will also be responsible for overseeing clinical performance, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards, conducting audits, reviewing outcomes, and addressing areas for improvement or compliance issues. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at our locations. If you are comfortable transitioning into a non-clinical role with a focus on operations, leadership, and strategy, we encourage you to apply and be part of our dynamic team.,
