As an experienced Zoho One Project Manager at Elite Tech Corp, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects across various Zoho applications. Your role will involve project planning, coordination with key users, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage Zoho One implementation projects and guide project team members. - Coordinate with key users, internal teams, and external partners to ensure project success. - Plan project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively. - Track project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and handle escalations promptly. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and alignment of expectations. - Work with users to understand business processes, map them to Zoho modules, and ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards. - Identify project risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and handle escalations transparently. - Allocate tasks based on team capacity, review work outputs, and ensure timely delivery. - Identify user training needs, manage training programs, and support change management for smooth adoption of Zoho One solutions. Qualifications: - 4+ years of project management experience or at least 2 years of development & 2 years of project management. - Experience in implementing Zoho apps such as CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, etc. - Zoho certifications (CRM, Books, Creator, etc.) are advantageous. - Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations). - Experience in integrations, data migration, change management, and user training. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. - Flexible with shift timings. - Immediate Joiners are preferred. - Onsite only. - Multilingual candidates who can speak English, Hindi, Kannada, or Malayalam are preferred. Day shift availability is required, night shift availability is preferred, and onsite work is necessary.
