Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho Developer to design, develop, and implement custom business solutions using Zoho applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho One suite products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc.) to meet business requirements.
• Write and maintain Deluge scripts for workflows, automation, and integration.
• Design and implement integrations between Zoho apps and third-party systems using REST APIs.
• Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and propose efficient solutions.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 Months to 1 years of experience in Zoho development.
• Proficient in Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator workflows.
• Strong experience with Zoho CRM customization and automation.
• Knowledge of Zoho One applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, Desk, People, etc.).
• Experience integrating Zoho apps with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, ERP, email platforms).
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in database management (SQL or NoSQL).
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
