Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and other Zoho apps.
• Automate business processes using Zoho Deluge scripting and workflow rules.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms and internal tools via APIs.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Zoho applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with Zoho platform updates and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer with hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM, Creator, and other apps.
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Experience with Zoho API integrations and webhooks.
• Solid understanding of business process automation.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and RESTful APIs is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho Certification(s) is a plus.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles or working in a consulting environment.
